When you donate: your name, PAN, address, PIN code, mobile number, email, the amount and purpose of your donation, and the payment date, mode and UTR / transaction reference.
When you send an enquiry (admissions, volunteering, alumni stories, documents or general questions): your name, email and/or mobile number, organisation or city if you give it, and what you write to us, such as the class sought.
When you pledge a monthly donation: your name, email, mobile number, PAN if you give it, the monthly amount, your preferred day of the month and the start month.
When a company contributes: the company's name, PAN, GSTIN if given, the contact person's name, designation, email and phone, the amount and purpose, and whether an 80G receipt or CSR documentation pack is needed.
दान करते समय: आपका नाम, PAN, पता, पिन कोड, मोबाइल नंबर, ईमेल, दान की राशि और उद्देश्य, तथा भुगतान की तारीख, तरीका और UTR / ट्रांज़ैक्शन संदर्भ।
पूछताछ भेजते समय (प्रवेश, स्वयंसेवा, पूर्व विद्यार्थियों की कहानियाँ, दस्तावेज़ या सामान्य प्रश्न): आपका नाम, ईमेल और/या मोबाइल नंबर, यदि आप दें तो संस्था या शहर, और आप हमें जो लिखते हैं, जैसे किस कक्षा में प्रवेश चाहिए।
मासिक दान का संकल्प लेते समय: आपका नाम, ईमेल, मोबाइल नंबर, यदि आप दें तो PAN, मासिक राशि, महीने की पसंदीदा तारीख और शुरुआती महीना।
जब कोई कम्पनी योगदान देती है: कम्पनी का नाम, PAN, यदि दिया गया हो तो GSTIN, संपर्क व्यक्ति का नाम, पद, ईमेल और फ़ोन, राशि और उद्देश्य, और क्या 80G रसीद या CSR दस्तावेज़ पैक चाहिए।
3. Why we use it3. हम इसका उपयोग क्यों करते हैं
Only to issue your 80G receipt (Form 10BE), to report your donation to the Income Tax Department (Form 10BD, or the equivalent forms under the Income-tax Act, 2025), to match monthly pledge payments, to send companies the receipts and CSR documents they ask for, and to reply to your enquiry.
केवल आपकी 80G रसीद (Form 10BE) जारी करने, आयकर विभाग को आपके दान की जानकारी देने (Form 10BD, या आयकर अधिनियम, 2025 के अन्तर्गत समकक्ष फ़ॉर्म) मासिक संकल्प के भुगतानों का मिलान करने, कम्पनियों को उनकी माँगी गई रसीदें और CSR दस्तावेज़ भेजने और आपकी पूछताछ का उत्तर देने के लिए।
4. Where it is kept and who sees it4. यह कहाँ रखा जाता है और कौन देखता है
Your details are kept in a private, access-restricted record of the Trust and in the Trust's email. If the website opens your own email app instead, your message travels through your email provider to the Trust's email.
Monthly pledge details and company / CSR contribution details are kept as records of the Trust, in the same private record and email.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone, except as required by the Income Tax Act (for example, reporting donations to the Income Tax Department).
आपका विवरण ट्रस्ट के एक निजी, सीमित-पहुँच वाले रिकॉर्ड और ट्रस्ट के ईमेल में रखा जाता है। यदि वेबसाइट आपकी अपनी ईमेल ऐप खोलती है, तो आपका संदेश आपके ईमेल प्रदाता के माध्यम से ट्रस्ट के ईमेल तक पहुँचता है।
मासिक संकल्प और कम्पनी / CSR योगदान का विवरण ट्रस्ट के रिकॉर्ड के रूप में, उसी निजी रिकॉर्ड और ईमेल में रखा जाता है।
हम आपका डेटा बेचते नहीं हैं। आयकर अधिनियम की आवश्यकता (जैसे आयकर विभाग को दान की जानकारी देना) के अलावा हम इसे किसी के साथ साझा नहीं करते।
5. How long we keep it5. हम इसे कितने समय तक रखते हैं
For as long as tax law requires us to keep donation records.
जितने समय तक कर क़ानून के अनुसार दान के रिकॉर्ड रखना आवश्यक है।
6. Your rights6. आपके अधिकार
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to erase it where the law allows, by writing to naraindassrastogicharitabletrust@outlook.com. Records we must keep under tax law cannot be erased until that period ends.
आप naraindassrastogicharitabletrust@outlook.com पर लिखकर हमारे पास रखे अपने व्यक्तिगत डेटा को देखने, उसे सुधारने, या जहाँ क़ानून अनुमति दे वहाँ उसे मिटाने का अनुरोध कर सकते हैं। कर क़ानून के अन्तर्गत रखे जाने वाले रिकॉर्ड उस अवधि के समाप्त होने तक मिटाए नहीं जा सकते।
